| Elk Antler Dog Chews |

| Elk shed their antlers each spring & begin to grow new ones. We safely collect our antler after shedding and/or after it has finished growing for the safety of the elk and ourselves in the ranch/farm setting. Mineral-analysis has shown elk antler to be high in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. Dogs’ chewing slowly grinds down the Chews with no splinters. Velvet Premium Chews have natural residual velvet still attached, left over from the growth stage of the antler; something a little extra that dogs really love. From natural and renewable locally ranch- raised elk antler, these treats come in a variety of sizes and types… great for any size or age of dog. Large Dog - Average Dog - Small Dog - Slices - Velvet Premium Chews Velvet Premium Chews & Slices may be consumed faster, Velvet center marrow can be richer- so chew time may need to be limited. We smooth rough cut edges, & most dogs will not break the antler- yet should your dog break the antler, check the edges for sharpness. The coloration varies- darker antler is from elk who rubbed on shrubbery- not all elk will rub their antlers to brown. Our antlers are fresh, referred to as “browns” & “hard whites,” the best two classes of hard antler. Density can vary, more-dense pieces lasting the longest, this also results in varying numbers of individual pieces in each package. We weigh the piece(s) to allow for each package to contain .5 lb of antler. As with any food or treat, keep an eye on your dog, & be aware that some dogs can be very possessive.
